Vinification: Syrah/Viognier: 79% Syrah 21% Viognier co-fermented, crushed and destemmed 100%,  fermentation in a 4-ton stainless steel fermenter. Grenache: 40% whole cluster fermentation in ½ vats. Mourvedre: 100% stem inclusion, fermentation in a 4-ton stainless steel fermenterAged 12 months then blended and aged an additional 18 monthsin a variety of 2nd to 7th fill barrels (French Oak)

Our Rhone style blend is bold but retains the subtleties Grenache and Mourvedre offer. Raspberry, cherry, black pepper and herbal notes accompany a structured palate creating superb balance.
