Winemaker Tasting
Join us for our Wine Club Spring Pickup Party! This is a “Vintage Tasting Pick Up Party” – Taste Vintage Wines from our Cellar and enjoy small bite pairings! The festivities will be held at Toca Madera Winery on Saturday, May 10th at 6:30pm.
Spots are limited and are available on a first come first serve basis at $20 per person.
Open to Club Members and their guests!
Format: Taste our older vintage wines, 2015 Cab/Syrah, 2015 Tempranillo Reserve, as well as 2023 vintages of our Marsanne and Mirame Rose
Set up: Tasting stations with wine and small bite pairings menu prepared by our winemaker, Shayne Vetter. Each dish is paired with the perfect Toca Madera wine. High top tables as well as lounge areas and the Madera Room for hanging out!

Chimichurri Pasta salad – 2023 Marsanne
Bow tie pasta, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, cucumber tossed in a chimichurri dressing
Rockfish Cocktail– 2023 Mirame Rose
Rockfish marinated in lime juice, with cucumber, avocado, red and green onion, cilantro, and jalapeno in tomato fish broth
Penne Alla Vodka – 2015 Tempranillo Reserve
Italian Sausage and beef in rich creamy tomato sauce, tossed with penne pasta and Pecorino Romano cheese
Grapewood Smoked Tri Tip – 2015 Cab/Syrah
Tri-Tip hot smoked on grape wood for 3 hours, served with a Dulce Rojo BBQ sauce
