Winemaker Shayne Vetter will discuss the winemaking process for these new white wine releases as well as pairing options.

Format:  Taste our 2024 white wines, 2024 Conmigo, 2024 Mirame Rose, 2024 Moscato, 2021 Grenache/Tempranillo, and 2014 Zinfandel
Set up: Tasting stations with wine and small bite pairings.  High top tables as well as lounge areas and the Madera Room for hanging out

Small bite pairings
Gado Gado salad – 2024 Moscato
Cucumber, celery, carrots, green onion, and eggs tossed in a peanut butter dressing with serrano, ginger, and garlic
Rockfish cocktail– 2024 Mirame Rose, 2024 Conmigo
Rockfish marinated in lime juice, with cucumber, avocado, red and green onion, cilantro, and jalapeno in tomato fish broth 
Penne Alla Vodka – 2014 Zinfandel
Italian Sausage and beef in rich creamy tomato Vodka sauce, tossed with penne pasta and Pecorino Romano cheese
Grapewood Smoked Tri Tip – 2021 Grenache/Tempranillo
Tri-Tip hot smoked on grape wood for 3 hours, served with a Dulce Rojo BBQ sauce
